The financial services world has changed significantly. Advisers still demand the best service standards, but technological advances mean they also expect top-of-the-range functionality.
There has been much development of - and investment in - portals, platforms, apps and other tools to allow providers to deliver great service online.
In recognition of this, the 2017 FTAdviser Online awards will focus more closely on innovation than ever before. We will showcase those providers who, in the opinion of intermediaries, deliver great service and are developing technologies to help advisers do business more effectively.
THE AWARDS CRITERIA
- Overall functionality and design (including mobile)
- Ease of transaction/business processing tools
- Online product tools and literature
- Flexibility of charging options
- Innovation ( including platform, APPs, portal, tools)
Once we receive all the voting data, the information is independently checked and verified, before the results are collated. These results allow financial service providers to benchmark themselves against their peers; and intermediaries to health check their own service experience against the norm.
Those awarded a 5-star for service & innovation are considered to be the top performers, down through 4, 3, 2 and 1 star ratings. Some providers achieved so little support that they did not even qualify for a star rating.
We make no apologies for publishing the best and worst performers according to the opinion of financial intermediaries.
